President and Chief Executive Officer

As founder of Worldwide Interactive Services, Inc., John has been actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations since its inception. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, John’s career began with an international data processing firm shortly after graduating from Florida State University. John pursues a hands-on approach in his leadership style and is deeply involved with application design, user functionality, and the interactive elements of the company’s services. He continually seeks new and innovative ways to keep our clients ahead of their competitors.

Chris D. Pantaleon

Director of Business Development

Chris is the Director of Business Development at CUtopia. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the Account Management Department involved in nurturing current client relationships, cultivating strategic business partnerships and future client development. Chris has over 15 years of experience managing sales, operations, and technical teams. Most recently Chris has served in the capacity of Director of Operational Support and Acting Chief Information Officer with the State of Florida’s human service agency where he oversaw a multi-million budget, over 900 employees and worked to identify opportunities for business process improvement, automation, and managed 3 large contact centers.

Roger G. Harr

Information Technology Director

Roger sets the corporate development standards for all CUtopia products and services and directs the division’s system architecture, design process and operational practices. Roger brings over 15 years of design and implementation experience across a wide spectrum of financial services products including Internet and mobile banking, core platform development and online bill payment. Roger’s career in the financial industry began as a member of the IT department of Union Planters Bank, Hattiesburg, MS. Roger credits his banking experience with giving him a deep appreciation for the value of a simple, intuitive, and reliable front-end user interface as it relates to staff productivity and member satisfaction.

Ray McNeice

Product and Support Manager


Ray McNeice is a 40 year pioneer of the data processing and credit union services industry. Specializing in reconciliation and integration, he has worked for three different Core Processing System Providers in roles ranging from software development to data center operations. Ray is the founder of Alternative Computing Environments (ACE) which is now part of the Worldwide family. The products he developed make up the Automation, Integration and Reconciliation Suite which CUtopia is now offering to its clients. Ray’s philosophy to successful software design is to understand the customers’ needs and then build the tools to address their concerns.
