Two Factor Authentication


Security is critical when dealing with financial transactions and account information, even over the phone. Two factor authentication provides a critical layer of security to vTeller. Using Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and numeric based challenge questions, members will be verified based on the telephone number they are calling from as well as challenge questions if they call from a non-authenticated telephone number.
